What we process

Your name, company, e-mail, phone (if you give it), your interest (spaces, timing, whether you are an agent), the language of the page, the source of your visit (for example the campaign you came from), and the time you sent the form.

Why, and on what legal basis

Sending the brochure and talking about the lease: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

News about leasing in Betliarska PARK: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to prenajom@betliarska.sk.

Working with agents: our legitimate interest in letting the building (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Protecting the form against abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For this we briefly process a one-way hash of your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself. For the “confirm you are human” check your browser solves a short computing task; we use no cookies and no third-party services for it.

Who receives your details

Websupport s.r.o. (website and e-mail hosting) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace, where we keep the record of enquiries). Both process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your details or pass them to other companies for their marketing.

Google may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long

We keep enquiries for 24 months after the last contact unless they lead to a contract. Consent to receive news lasts until you withdraw it. The IP address hash is deleted within 24 hours.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

The website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics. The typeface and all files are served from our own server.
